I bought two pairs of Native sunglasses 6-8 years ago. It was the same model with different lenses. These were absolutely the best sunglasses I have ever had. I prefer the pair with brown amber lenses and have worn them almost every day since purchasing them. After all the dishes there was almost no product on the lenses and they are so comfortable. Unfortunately I recently lost my brown pair and bought these Native Hardtop Ultra lenses - they look very similar to my original pair but they don't fit (not that well) and upon inspection I can see the lenses are made differently. In the old version they wrap around better/more and I had better peripheral vision - in the new version the frame in the outer corner of my eye blocks vision. Even when entering a building from the outside, I like to just put my sunglasses on my forehead - these new sunglasses just fly off my head when I try. If you wear them outdoors, they fit "well" but aren't as comfortable as their earlier version. In short, I like the old ones better and I can't find anything that could be called an improvement.
