I've been using this backpack for about 2 weeks and I really like it. I use it for work and school and it's comfortable. It has enough space for everything I need for work and school, which is pretty heavy at the moment. This will also be my travel backpack. Benefits -1. The top handle feels soft and durable.2. The zippers were great with no problems opening or closing.3. The padding on the back is nice and comfortable and has a hidden pocket so you can stash your wallet or ID safe in the knowledge you won't get ripped off while carrying it.4. Enough pockets for everything I need.5. All materials don't feel cheap or flimsy. Disadvantages -1. While the mesh bottle cages seem strong, I have a feeling they will eventually be the first to break2. The reflector at the very bottom of the bag [thin sheet] started scratching and peeling when I put the bag down, nothing is noticeable unless you get close but that's it, there are no scratches on the material the pocket.
