What can I say about this product? Well I ordered a Hodyann 10 tier shoe rack and it arrived 2 days late. Also, it was open and didn't have all the parts. I contacted support to let them know about my issue and with no further contact they sent another one. It had all the parts but it took an extra 4 days. After receiving the goods and building the shoe rack, I was satisfied. The assembly was quite easy, but required some effort. The shelves are made of a fabric-like material. It's thin but holds up and feels pretty solid. Almost nothing is free on these shelves. I've only put flip flops, sandals and sneakers on the shelf and so far I'm not complaining. The real problem is when I put my heels/stilettos on the rack, but apparently that shouldn't be a problem. Overall I'm happy and would buy again barring shipping issues.
