We have a large stuffed elephant. It ha a hole underneath the trunk and above the mouth. My grandson loves to stuff thing’s into this hole. He then plays Doctor diagnosing health issues; pain, fevers, or broken bones. Could be anything. He pulls out each item to heal his elephant. This Dinosaur gives him a similar experience.
