Although you pay for what you get, I was VERY SATISFIED with what I got. I received the brushes as scheduled and they were packaged in a plastic bag that was properly wrapped. So that was reassuring in terms of the quality of the brushes. The BRUSHES (10 of 10) were individually wrapped in plastic and already in their individual slots in the case. In addition, the fan brushes came with a harder plastic cap that held its shape. The brushes felt soft, full and firm. Having read reviews of the brushes arriving damaged and falling out, I stress tested each one and even attempted to rip the hairs out by grabbing them with my nails. The brushes didn't fall apart and the hairs on the brushes stayed in place; Most surprisingly, the fan brushes aren't potted. BODY (8 of 10) in smooth material; it has a very, very faux leather feel (laughs), which I liked because it's easy to clean, it has a flap on top that acts as extra protection for the brush heads, and the case snaps into place. What I liked was that the case had a harder outer coating so I didn't have to worry about them softening up if I dropped them in my suitcase. However, this is really no reason not to buy. If you need brushes or just want to add them to your collection; like me, YOU SHOULD GET THIS! I was genuinely shocked and so are you.
