First, I mounted my X2 satellite on a tripod behind my toy trailer. I connected the Walley receiver through the trailer floor and to a floor mounted satellite tripod box with a 50 foot four shield cable with Phat Weather Seal. I tried several places in and around my campsite. Unfortunately my "bought" campsite is buried under trees, no signal. There was a clearing about 200 feet away where several of my neighbors had set up fixed satellite receivers. Most of them have been professionally tuned for the best possible image. I bought a 250ft Tri-Shield from Phat Cable and attached it to a 50ft weatherseal. When I turned off Wally's receiver, he activated the satellite seekers. Within 10 minutes I had a crisp and clear HD picture on all assigned HD channels. Very satisfied. It's 300 feet of cord and a plug.
