Where do I start? All of their 5-star reviews are bought with the promise of free treats. Like a docking station or a professional controller. They leave advertising inserts in their packaging. I ordered my first pair and the buzz was stronger and louder on the left joycon. So I returned it and bought another one. Only he had the same problem. So I emailed their support team and they offered to send me a new one in a few weeks so I can keep the old one. I agreed. Well, this set turned out to be the worst of all the sets. The rumble is very loud and sounds like the engines are loose inside. I've been trying to email them for 2 weeks. I'm being ignored now. Of course, since I had them send me an "updated version" I lost the return window. They are dodgy and don't really care about customers. All they care about is 5-star reviews. Overall I am very disappointed. I wanted to love her and I just don't. The D-Pad always gets stuck when pressing in a diagonal direction. The inconsistent hum is annoying. The keys feel softer than we would like. Too bad because the form factor is really convenient and they could have been great. The plastic looks cheap. I even emailed them and gave them a chance to take care of me before I left a negative review. Now you will all know the truth.
