Very nice design, light and strong enough to hold the phone (Galaxy S8 with case). Pairing took only a few seconds and worked great for photos and videos. Just remember to turn off the stick after use. I don't know if there is an auto shut off feature. If you are looking for a basic Bluetooth-enabled selfie stick with long battery life; you should probably try that. Note. Before buying, I tried a Bluetooth-enabled selfie stick with battery and remote control. But I sent it back because the battery died so quickly.
