9-12m fits my 10m old perfectly. She's 20lbs, 29inches and she can definitely fit this til the end of winter. She has length to grow into, plenty of space in the waist and it has a good amount of stretch. The fabric is solid, but not super thick that this would be her only layer outside in winter. It's the perfect comfy outfit for romping around, the color is a rich green and looks great with a little white headband. Wish it came in other cute colors!
