I bought this in January (much to the chagrin of my daughter's mother) for my daughter's birth in April. I've been using it regularly for three months now. So far I'm very happy with them. The bag is well made and very spacious. The pocket in the bottom left corner of the bag is big enough to hold a whole pack of tissues. The smaller pocket above easily accommodates pacifiers and teeth rings. I added a water bottle pouch that I already had from another set and also bought an insulated bottle pouch. I love this bag so much I will probably continue to use it after I no longer need my daughter's diaper bag. In terms of customer service, the company is simply outstanding. I removed the insulated cleaning bag and one of the straps came loose from the bag. When I contacted the company via Facebook, they sent a replacement to my address with no problem. Would 100% buy again.
