AMAZING customer service! I received my bag today and there were no stains on it. So I contacted the company directly and explained some things to them and they were very nice and very helpful. The customer service alone will make me want to come back! The bag itself, apart from the stains, is a great bag. I bought another one, very similar but more expensive and although both are great bags and excellent quality I like these even more. The top opening opens wider, making it easier to load or remove items from the bag. I love that there are 2 zipped pockets inside and another pocket made out of those 2. And then two more and very strong pockets on the other side inside. The zippers work well too. I love the combination of cream color with camel brown trims and accents. My only complaints are that I wish the bottom was flatter and stiffer and the body of the bag in general so it could withstand more. But that doesn't really matter since I usually hang my bag on the back of my chair. All in all, I can only recommend this bag!
