I bought this dressing because I am currently sitting over 16 hours a day as a full time English teacher and masters student. This bracelet is sooo worth the money! The metal bars on the back ensure an upright sitting position. The shoulder straps were a little uncomfortable for a day or two but now they are great and I don't even realize I'm wearing them. It is also easy to hide under clothing. If you are looking for a mid and lower back support brace, this is the one for you. This and chiropractic treatments have dramatically changed my pain levels. I also had some issues with the velcro not sticking so I contacted support. Tina from customer service was exceptional in sending me resources to make sure it fit properly and ended up sending brand new braces free of charge to fix the issue. I definitely recommend them to everyone. For reference, I'm 5ft 6in, 135lbs and I wear average clothes. I could probably use a small one though.
