The cleanser works well enough to give 4 stars. Definitely dries out the skin after the first use. The thickness of this product deserves 1/2 stars. You won't be able to pour/squeeze any amount into your hand without some spilling or spilling on the counter or sinking in a black watery mess. You spend as much time cleaning your countertop as you do cleaning your face. Recommendation: turn this product into a pump bottle if you want it to be that thin. Will not buy again due to waste of product.
