Review on Tenergy High-Drain AA and AAA Rechargeable Batteries Combo, 1.2V NiMH, 12-Pack 2500mAh AA Cells and 12-Pack 1000mAH AAA Cells by Gary Parker

Revainrating 5 out of 5

They have worked brilliantly for us for many years

The first Tenergy AA and AAA batteries were bought about 10 years ago, then I bought a few more in 2012. When the 2012 batch arrived I dated it to distinguish it from the old ones. It's 2018 and the oldest are starting to fail. As far as I know there are no failures in the 2012 game yet. I just bought a new batch to replace 10 year olds as they start to fail after a VERY long life. battery charge is terrible). Long life in remote controls, wireless keyboards/mice, toys, etc. The only devices I've had that didn't like these were devices that require high wattage and really require 1.5v cells (virtually ALL AA/AAA -NiMH cells are 1.2V.) Remote control for a remote controlled helicopter comes to mind. We had to use alkaline batteries in it.
