A truly versatile cookware

This is a well designed multi-purpose fork. I use it to mix batter, whip fruit and veg, flip fried foods, and while it stays in the dish drawer, there's just enough to put coleslaw or cold cuts on the table. It is made of polished, durable stainless steel. it is shiny enough to give a reflection. The edges are rounded and smooth except at the tips of the teeth and deep between the teeth where they are slightly rough. This doesn't affect performance as you don't normally put this fork in your mouth (I hope!). The fork is approximately 8.5 inches long and 1.5 inches at its widest point. If you place the fork on a flat surface as shown in the picture, the handle will be almost flat and the tines will curve. As with most forks, there is almost no flex at the base of the handle. Just thought I'd mention it because it's not obvious in the picture. The only thing missing from the product page (as of June 4th, 2013) should have been a mention that it is a product made in China. . I don't mind if the product is good quality and this fork is good. If you're looking for a good multi-purpose fork, I recommend this one.
