Not an opal, dubious silver
This is not an opal. imitation or something else. Comparing it to a real opal reveals that this is just a resin cabochon interspersed with a holographic cello on the inside. It also glows blue under a black light, which real opal does not. It has a silver mark, but the color of the metal is darker than my other silver rings, so I also doubt its authenticity.
