Does what it's supposed to, including cleaning eyelash extensions. Comes with a brush which is nice. The reason I am giving such a low rating is because the seller claims in the product description and ingredient list that this cleanser is oil free, but when I received the product and looked at the ingredient list on the packaging, ylang ylang oil listed. out there and every lash artist will tell you to use OIL FREE products on your extensions. The seller claims it's less than 0.1%, which shouldn't affect the withholding, but mine did. I noticed a huge difference when I switched to an eyelash cleanser that I bought directly from my eyelash extensions shop. The seller does not state in the product description that this product actually contains oil, but it is mentioned in the FAQ section, which I think shows dishonesty on the part of the seller. The seller also does not disclose the purpose of the oil in the detergent. Essential oils shouldn't be anywhere near the eye area anyway, and even if it's at a very low concentration, they should NOT be an ingredient in the first place, and I think the seller is aware of that, which is why they didn't mention it in the product.
