I enjoy it generally. This is a good, high-quality item that I enjoy using, but there are no wow effects. has various benefits: +These have no playback issues compared to my prior Sony WI-C400s. They were replaced, and the work was well done. I love bass, and the earplugs are very comfortable. I also appreciate that the left and right can be distinguished by touch. There are enough of them, the battery lasts a long time, the soundproofing is good, and the wires have an oval section and ribbed surface. +Automatically connect to a paired device when turned on; they don't tangle. The ear pads are really comfortable and won't come off when you take them out from under your garments, preventing loss. various drawbacks: I have to clarify up front that I don't think my ears have any significant flaws, and overall, I think they're good. - A silicone band that is flexible. He moves sideways. Use cable ties at all times. It is inconvenient without it and will keep edging away. I imagine wearing these while running won't be very pleasant either. The fact that the flexible strap puts all of the weight on the ends and causes the headphones to hang around is another drawback in my opinion. You cannot say the same about this model as you cannot say the same of the Wi-C400, which has a hard plastic rim. Yet wearing them below clothing is more comfortable. - The call is not vibrated. (There is sound in the headphones) -There is some background noise, as was already indicated. Since you can tell that the headphones are on even when the music is off, I don't find this to be at all important, if anything it's convenient. Only at low volumes is noise audible (I hear it at 13% level, or 2 clicks on + volume out of 15). If nothing is done with the phone while it is in pause mode, it vanishes after 1 second. I myself don't listen to music softly, but if you don't like loud music, take note of this. - To hear information about the battery charge on the Wi-C400, briefly push the power on button. Sadly, the pause and power buttons are combined here. Only the phone can provide charge information. - The flexible portion of each liner, which includes the wire, appears to have come off after several months of use due to cold and frequent use. Yet, this is barely evident; only a portion of the earphone has shrunk. - Over time, the wires in the latch started to occasionally come loose. I had to fix the latch with the smallest plastic tie I could find. -Model incompatible with the Sony Headphones Connect app
