As a mother of two girls, I'm always on the lookout for cute and comfortable clothes that can stand up to frequent washing and playtime. The Gymboree Little Girls Sleeveless Embroidered Ruffle Tank Top caught my eye with its adorable ruffle design and trendy chambray color. After buying a size M for my 5 year old daughter, here's what I thought. Pros: - The tank looks just as cute live as it does online. The embroidered flowers and ruffles make it a standout piece that my daughter loves. Lightweight and breathable, Chambray is perfect for warmer days. - Easy to pair with a variety of bottoms, from shorts to skirts to jeans. Cons: - Slightly wrong size. I ordered M according to the size chart but it was too big for my daughter. The armholes were too deep and the shirt sagged too low in the front, leading to some visible bra peeking moments. I wish there were more accurate measurements to avoid this problem. - The quality could be better. After a few washes, the ruffles began to crumble and the embroidery threads came loose. I worry about how long it will take before it becomes unwearable. While I think the Gymboree Girls' Little Ruffle Tank is a cute addition to my daughter's summer wardrobe, it's not without its flaws overall. I would recommend downsizing and be careful when washing to prolong its lifespan.
