It comes pretty high around the neck . The zipper comes all the way up about the neck/head I wish it had a little protection from the hardware but it’s ok. I purchased the XS size for my 2.5lb yorkie and the length is good. It is a step in zip up clip on super easy concept. Looking forward to using it on a cold days walk.
