Easy to clean, can be better heat resistant, wider and longer, or come in rolls.
Easy to clean but will not withstand direct gas stove flame. You must cut each segment to fit each burner. I'd like a full sheet in a long roll of this stuff to level the surface of the board so I can trim it. As it stands now I need to cut out two squares to fit the larger center burner and it needs to be even wider. For my oven, large sheets should be 12" x 18" or a long roll at least 12" wide and 60" long or longer.
