I was very impressed with this dainty little instrument. It's so simple and yet so effective. I use it every time before my workout and I've really noticed an improvement in muscle fatigue and soreness after my workout is over. I tend to use it after some kind of cooling method as well. I also mixed up the shipping address but I got great and very friendly customer service from the seller. I highly recommend it!
