I have two of these waterproof mono speaker audio cables that I bought to play my iPod outside. The cables that came with the speakers looked anemic, 18 inches long at best. And then I found that I could only use one speaker at a time. It's time to shop again! cord, and we can swing anywhere and carry the speakers up to 30 feet; We went with the 15ft cables as 50ft seemed a bit high - the speakers aren't very loud. I didn't notice any static so I'm very happy. They come with a warranty, but these cables are so thick and strong I shrugged and doubted I'd ever use them on an $11 item .
