Attentive company in my review
Not sure how anyone is installing these within 10 minutes. As some reviews mentioned, the top hole on the mount is nearly impossible to screw. We did go out and buy different anchors but it doesn't mean much when you cant even screw the top mount in. It's such a shame because the shelves actually looked nice.Update: The company actually contacted me promptly to discuss the issue. While I wasn’t happy with the installation I really am pleased with their attentiveness to the customer experience. I’m excited for the design changes!
