Not decent quality.

I don't think it's 4mm, more like 3mm. When I removed the clear plastic wrap around the roll the bricks fell out and a few loose ends. It's not a whole piece. It also seems almost twisted. I would have sent it back but it was a last resort so I just used it. Let's hope the stones stay inside for at least a while.
