Too bad I didn't have enough time to make this more complete. It actually takes a few days after you open it to fluff up. 16/18 plenty of room to tie a ribbon but the tulle didn't cover everything but I wore leggings underneath problem solved. Definitely worth it.
- - very fluffy skirt made of 150 strips of tulle. It fits ANY SIZE. The waist can be adjusted by sliding part of the fabric and cutting off the non-elastic band.
