I award 4.5 out of 5 stars. The only reason I could call a little is because of the injector. The first bottle I got didn't even work as it was clogged and even after I cleaned it it still didn't work. However, after contacting customer service, they sent me not just a replacement atomizer, but a whole bottle of the product. They went above and beyond to make me a happy customer and I am. The product works very well, the odor elimination is definitely present and the aroma is really nice in citrus. Compared to other products in this genre that I have tried, this is a great choice for those looking for a good deodorant for their shoes.
