Love the soft feel of the bag, the soft leather material is luxury underneath the fingertips. The zipper is smooth, no strong odor that I could detect. I won't use the credit card slot and do not care for the center divider but the bag is roomy enough for one smartphone, one small wallet, keys and a tub of carmex. The strap can indeed be used as both crossbody and shoulder length, if I use it. A plus, shoulder length brings the bag just under my arm pit, so it may discolor from sweat or I may put it at elbow height.What was disappointing was the bag that was sent was the shorter version, 5.4, not the 5.9. I bought two other manufacturer's small bags and they were both the 5.9 (different colors that Lecxci does not make). I"ll keep the bag, but disappointed that the dimensions were not correct.
