I have been looking for comfortable pillows for a few years (I sleep on the right side). I decided to give them a try since the hardness can be adjusted. At first I only opened one to try (once you "inflated" it you can't go back to the original packaging). It was too heavy, so I took out 1 1/2 gallon ziplock bags filled with pieces of foam (don't bother with the two ridiculously small bags they give you. They're hard to fill and even harder, pulling them out again. Trust me.) . This distance made the pad usable. So on to the next pillow. I opened it up and "inflated it" and it was under the filling. Luckily I had the filler from the first pillow so I added it and will check it out tonight. And that's why I know how hard it is to get the filling out of the tiny pouch that comes with it. Bottom line, I'm not jumping for joy over these pillows, but they're better than any I've found so far. I hope that the company's quality control improves.
