These shoes are very cute they look exactly like the picture but I ordered size 8 and my son is now size 7 but he can wear size 8 depending on the shoes but I wanted to get a size 8 so they fit him now but will also fit for a while. When I received them I was very happy with the way they looked and felt but they were too big for my son. He couldn't even walk in them without tripping because they were too big. So if your little one is size 7 I would choose 6-7 because size 8 is quite big. Also, my son has fat legs lol so that doesn't mean he just has skinnier legs. Hope this helps someone. I would buy them again but in a smaller size.
