First of all the table was packed very well. There was no damage upon delivery. Once all the parts were ready to be put together, assembly was very easy - the screws come already assembled so you don't have to spend extra time making sure all the parts are attached to the screw in the right order. Once assembled, the table is very durable. In addition, the table legs are equipped with protective pads on the underside as well as complete with additional protective pads! It looks great too! Not only is this a great product, but the customer support from Nathan James was top notch! I had a few questions about the table and contacted their team to find answers. Not only were they quick to respond, but they were very friendly and easy to talk to. They definitely make customer satisfaction their top priority and it shows! Now, not only do I look for other Nathan James products, I also recommend their products to others I come in contact with. They offer great products with a great customer experience. Thanks very much!
