Long Lasting Jars: Kitchen & Dining

I bought these jars for my students to use as a piggy bank in class. I asked my husband to make a slit in the lid for coins to fit through. The lids are not broken and have lasted about a month. The plastic is thick so it's not flimsy. They are good storage jars for crafts. I haven't tried putting food or liquids in it, so I don't know if they're airtight. The decals that came with the glasses haven't set well yet and the marker isn't permanent so if something wet touches the lettering it just peels off.
