This expensive tree disappoints after two years. *** I'm writing this review 13 months after putting up the Christmas tree for the second time and having problems! In the last 12 years we have bought several Christmas trees. Every tree just didn't look right after one or two applications, wood problems. When I saw this tree last year, I decided to buy a tree - I spent a little more than usual. The tree arrived on time, we put the tree up and the TREE WAS IMPRESSIVE! We took the Christmas tree down and took it away last weekend. I got the tree from our repository and started installing it. I unhooked a tree and you know what! Part of the Christmas tree lights didn't work! What an invention!? I was about to order a new Christmas tree and noticed that the seller offered a 5 YEAR WARRANTY ON THE WOOD AND 2 YEARS ON THE LIGHTS! I didn't expect a miracle or an answer but late Sunday evening I continued to email the seller. To my surprise, a Christmas miracle! I got an answer! CONSUMER RESPONSE. The response included: Thank you for purchasing the tree; Acknowledging that the tree and lanterns are under warranty; As the repair might take longer, they offered to temporarily turn on the lights to get through Christmas. We offer to fix headlights right after Christmas! IMPRESSIVE, right? I spoke to my friend about the tree, he came up with a little clicker and fixed the tree in 30 seconds. Most sellers sell and then find excuses to avoid support. This seller never asked me if I did this or that - he recommended a solution. I love him and so do you. I recommend this seller and this tree. If you like an artificial tree, it is the tree you buy and the brand you buy. I'm impressed with the experience. The support and their willingness to provide after sales support make this purchase a BEST value.
