I used this to clean my patio that hasn't been cleaned in 15 years. You can imagine how dirty she was. I used laundry soap with Clorox (diluted) as the cleaner, not a commercial deck cleaner. The cleaner was spread over the deck with a broom and left for 20 minutes before using the Red Drill Brush. The result was incredible. I could clearly see the wood fibers and the color of the wood was very close to the original yellowish white. Another plus was that the brush wasn't stiff and only picked up dirt and not wood fibers. The next job I'm going to try is cleaning some bricks. I hope this works too.
