I like that it gives me feedback about what my manager thinks of my performance and how I can improve. The interface is too complex for new users so you have to be comfortable using technology before this program helps you out. It also does not give enough detail or examples when explaining things. If you are tech savvy then there isn't anything wrong with it other than maybe having more detailed explanations as well as some sample emails/chats/calendar entries would help someone use it effectively. We're trying to get our employees to become better at communicating with each other and being proactive instead of just reacting to problems.
