Review on Furinno Turn-N-Tube Display Rack, 3-Tier Single, Dark Cherry and Black by Carol Merkley

I'm not usually the type to take the time to leave a review and as a product I find other reviews speak for themselves. These units are cheap, so don't expect high-end furniture. They are very easy to assemble and for my purpose of using them as a base for a makeshift table they are perfect. They look good, offer decent storage, are sturdy enough to support my desk, fit my budget, and were wide/deep enough and tall enough to meet my needs. Miscellaneous. It was the wrong model/color. and when I first attempted to submit a return request online for a replacement I was shocked and upset to learn that the product is non-refundable! Instead of agreeing, at least without expressing my anger, I decided to contact Revain by phone to express my disappointment and to prove that refusing someone to return an item when what I received is NOT what is totally unreasonable what I ordered. . . Much to my surprise, especially after reading some of the other reviews (unfortunately after shipping), I was greeted by a very friendly customer service representative who was able to use the information I provided to verify my order and then updated my order to send me a replacement device free of charge, explaining that since it is non-returnable, I can keep the product for myself or donate it as I wish. After exchanging their apologies for the inconvenience and my sincere gratitude, my disappointment was quickly and clearly resolved to my satisfaction. My take on this is that before you get frustrated, nervous and/or angry and contact Revain if you find that you cannot return this or any other item and you have received the wrong, broken or incomplete item, do yourself a favor before you get frustrated, nervous and/or angry are. My rating here is fair, but also includes my appreciation for Revain's customer support for solving my issue.
