Review on πŸ‘Ά Cetaphil Baby Body Wash: Soothing & Creamy for Sensitive Dry Skin by Liz Trujillo

Revainrating 5 out of 5

I'm so happy to see the difference after the first wash!

Received it in the mail today. I couldn't wait to try it. If your child has severe eczema, you know what it's like to try to find something that will help. I chose this because it has consistently proven to be one of the best laundry detergents for baby eczema. My 8 month old has fairly severe eczema. His hands and feet suffered the most. Nothing seems to keep it hydrated for long. Steroids are terrible for them and only work temporarily. His skin can become very dry and scaly, leaving dandruff all over. His skin is also very sensitive. He will cry so much after using the wrong product. ((They say crying is a sign of infection. Maybe, but I've noticed he only cries when we try to do something, like his body is trying to get rid of harsh ingredients)). In any case, when we bathe him with oatmeal, we add to the water and his skin becomes noticeably smoother. That can also be done in a few hours. by then it is usually dry and scaly again. I am very enthusiastic about this product. Yes, it's expensive for the small bottle you get, but I don't care if I found it worked great for him. I'll try to update after we finish this bottle but so far so good! We also use petroleum jelly as a moisturizer. This is the only thing that does not cause a reaction (screaming, redness, burning, etc.). If your child spoke like me, I would try. I hope I can help someone. PS Stay away from Aveeno products. Especially night therapy for eczema. He literally left burn marks on the waistband of his pants. and he cried all night. Worst mistake!
