Disappointing
Very disappointing. I was really looking forward to the Versa. I've had a Fitbit for 6 years and wanted a smartwatch version. I returned it after a week and a half because it didn't stay in sync, it kept going back to factory settings. I contacted Fitbit who gave me instructions on how to uninstall and then reinstall the app and factory reset the watch. This worked for a day and then went out of sync again and reset to factory settings. Very bad software.
