What's Wrong: Toys for Babies and Toddlers

Sorry I was recommended to buy this for my child. The first thing I noticed before opening the package was the warning on the back that it is not for skin or body use. The whole concept was that my child could use it while in the bath, but still isn't it recommended to use on the skin or body? I can't believe I wasted my money on this purchase or that it was even recommended.
