Review on 💧 Neutrogena Hyaluronic-Enriched Plumping Mascara by Carl Ferguson

The mascara does its job without making your lashes look like clumpy spider legs. However, I don't think this mascara is for me. It's very wet so it almost always rubs on my eyelids when applied, dries instantly and then I have to wash it off which is quite annoying and lengthens my morning routine. It's also very difficult to remove with makeup remover (I use Neutrogena makeup remover wipes). I have to rub my eyes for several minutes to completely remove this mascara, which is obviously irritating.
