I returned this pillow last month, it was received on May 18th and confirmed by UPS. I contacted the seller on May 31st regarding the status of my refund and was told that most returns are processed within 5-10 business days. May 31st is 9 business days from receipt of return, 13 business days from shipment, and 17 business days from approval of return. But let's give them a reason to doubt it and say 9 days. I then asked again yesterday, 21 working days after receiving the return, for my return to be processed and they replied that it would be done by the end of the day. The refund (which is already discounted by 20% for restocking and paying for return shipping) has not yet been processed! This could be the perfect pillow for you but if you are not 100% sure DO NOT buy this pillow without trying it as you will not get satisfactory customer support for something that already comes with a heavily discounted refund. Crowd!
