I was probably unlucky with a warranty claim because I hadn't registered the product when I bought it. Who does it? me now I'm so disappointed that the $400 cover barely lasted a year. Update: Verification of the actual product is pending but I was able to register coverage and make a warranty claim. To my surprise, a new cover was sent out two days later. Hope this one lasts a little longer. Update 2: Nine months later it failed again just like that. I live in San Diego so the climate couldn't be less harsh. I have made another warranty claim.
