Since I got this laptop my inspiron 2 in 1 is just. randomly locked and the screen just wouldn't turn on until I seemed to wait long enough. I thought I overheated my CPU or fried my graphics card somehow since I play games on this laptop every now and then. If you have an Inspiron, you know it doesn't have a removable battery and holding down the power button doesn't turn off the device. You have to swipe down on the (lit) screen to actually turn it off, or use the Start menu. So I'm sure you can understand the frustration of opening and closing my laptop hoping it would catch fire. Well, the magnetic strip on the underside of the desk that holds the detachable palm rest triggers the laptop's "I'm closed" sensor. I went insane for two weeks thinking my $2000 laptop broke after two years. So if you have an Inspiron or any other laptop with the same mechanics I would suggest a different table. It's great and works well for everything else. My only complaint is that it flexes a lot and isn't very strong at the fold point when opened lol.
