It's ok for the price. They are not really "lined", but simply made of simple polyester fleece (smooth sheen on the outside, fleece on the inside). Very cheaply made I don't know how long they will last. These are beautiful pictures, but someone just makes cheap fakes. The photos say '100% cotton' and the description says '100% natural wool'. Don't be fooled, I very much doubt these leggings have ever seen cotton or wool in my life - they're cheap polyester. They don't stretch as much as regular leggings, so they fit more like baggy joggers - not particularly flattering. Ours fit well lengthwise and are a little warmer than regular cotton and spandex leggings, so we're keeping them for winter, but glad we only paid about $10.
