I received it within 4 days of ordering, so all fast. I'm very satisfied with this product. I will be using it for my 10 year old stepson at our upcoming wedding in July. The material is thin silk, but it certainly does the job. Not sure if it cost 11.99 plus 5.99 shipping and handling.
