For the price this is a solid mic with a nice thick base, good styling and 100% plug and play with Windows 10, I personally haven't noticed any difference in sound. Breaking off the adjustment knob resulted in it only being adjusted in the center, and it does a great job of channeling other background noise. I used it for Zoom meetings and was very happy with it.
