Review on 100 Mulberry Silk Scarf Twilight Women's Accessories and Scarves & Wraps by Katie Jones

This is a beautiful, well made silk scarf. It's quite small at 20.5" x 20.5", but I can still use it as a headscarf (headscarf style), tie it around my neck, or decorate a handbag. I ordered the 'blow up' version and the design really does look like a colorful explosion of flowers accented by delicate butterflies. Colors are slightly thinner than on my computer monitor. The hem is beautifully sewn. The fabric is smooth, soft to the touch and has that very nice sheen you would expect from high quality silk. The product description states that this scarf is made from high quality mulberry silk, but the actual quality of the silk fibers used and the weight of the fabric in Momma are not listed. I would expect a top quality scarf to be made from 6A silk, which doesn't seem to be the case (silk experts say if a scarf isn't marked 6A then it probably is). The scarf arrived in a small cardboard gift box and tied with a ribbon. As other reviewers have noted, the message is a bit cheesy, with "Best gift" on one side and "Best wishes to you" and "You are my most important person, I love you forever" on the other. Without any writing, the cute mesh design on the envelope/box is a very nice gift wrap. It was a gift for me but I would definitely wrap it if I was giving it to someone else. The current price of $22.99 seems reasonable.
