I like that you can easily renew domains at any time without additional fees, it's easy to set up your payment preferences (such as PayPal), etc., everything works well with my Google Apps account too! There are not many features available outside of those things; however they do offer support in case there should be an issue or concern along the way - which has been great so far!! If nothing else than just having peace-of mind knowing someone will look after me if something goes wrong during their service period. It also helps keep costs down by only paying them once per year instead of each month/day when using some other competitors solutions such as Namecheap & GoDaddy.
