Not sure if you need these

These are super cute glasses, love the style but not sure if you really need them. YES, they block 100% blue light. They give you a piece of paper and a blue light where you can test your product BUT I also put that piece of paper directly on my computer screen to measure while I was working (I work exclusively on computers, my life is coding ) and it never gets dark like it should when blue light is present? Those are just two of my feelings.
