It has a lot of space, I'm happy with the length and width of the straps. The zipper is metal, I hope it will last for many years. There are 3 pockets, 2 inside and one outside (haven't used the outside yet and probably never will), could do with a few whitewashed spots on the outside but the rest of the bag makes up for it. It has one thing that many bags don't have: a wide opening that covers the full width of the bag, I don't have to throw everything out to find stuff stuck in the corners, which was my top priority. I'm considering getting a second one when this one wears out, although although I'm in my 60's I might go first.
